Randy has represented buyers and sellers in Whitby and across Durham Region for more than 30 years. The process with each new client begins the same way: by listening, asking questions, and building a plan around what the client actually needs, not around the quickest transaction.
He holds an honours BA in Economics and an MBA, and he puts both to work in research, pricing, marketing and negotiation. His transactions have ranged from $40,000 to $30 million, residential and commercial, with the same dedication on every one.
