Along Bayly Street West and Westney Road South, buildings dating to the 1980s and 1990s stand a short walk from the station and carry fees that often include more than the newer buildings do. Put a status certificate condition in the offer, check how the reserve fund study compares with the current fees and whether an assessment is coming, verify that the parking spot and the locker come with the title, and read the declaration's rules on rentals and pets.
